Accessing Help Information and Features

Actions available in the CCC ONE Help > About menu include:

• Help - Opens the Help screen
• Help > About - Displays CCC ONE features and program information
• System Log - Includes options that allow you to search, view, print, export, and send the system log
• System Information - This option provide computer and software information for Tech Support
• Training - Selecting this option opens the Product Training screen
• Backup System Data - This option backs up CCC ONE program files
• Restore System Data - Select this option to restore CCC ONE files that have been backed up
